Looks like a good start, and I am sure you two will have fun! Make sure to get plenty of photos and video for yourself, as you can always edit out any extra! As they say, always better to have too much, instead of not enough! I know how you feel with the jet lag, as we recently (June 2017) flew from Dallas to Europe, so we had the 6 hour time difference and the long flight time as well!
