Transportation from Grand Floridian to Value Resorts after park hours?

We are riding the monorail from Magic Kingdom and eating at 1900 Park Fare (Grand Floridian) on Sunday night (Oct. 6th) at 7:55pm. Since the park "closes" at 7:00 for the Halloween Party, will we be able to find transportation back to our All Star Movie resort after dinner? Will the buses be running still since the Halloween party lasts til midnight? We aren't attending the Halloween party, just need to utilize the bus to get back to our resort. Thanks for your help!!

Also, how long does it typically take to get from park to Grand Floridian on monorail?

It takes 10-15 minutes to go from MK to the GF you have to stop at Contemporary, TTC and Polynesian first. I think the buses will be running from TTC and MK back to the resorts if the hallooween party is going on. So after dinner go back to the MK syop and walk over to the bus stops.

The busses run at the MK during the halloween party. The monorail might shut down early on those nights.
