I'm staying in international drive up by universal / wet and wild can anyone tell me how to get to down town disney from here ? Please thank you ?

transport to down town disney

I assume that you mean without a car?
You could take a taxi, or if your hotel has a shuttle to WDW, take that, and then a Disney bus to DTD. Depending on where the hotel shuttle brings you, this would mean taking a bus to a Disney hotel, then switch busses to DTD (or take a bus to Saratoga Springs and walk over to DTD)

I have a free bus to wdw so I can hop on a bus there to down town disney ?

The bus from our hotel will probably take you to the Transportation and Ticket Center. From here you will need to walk (or take the monorail) over the Polynesian and then take a bus to Downtown Disney.
