I've been working at wdw for 3 months now in qsr and I would like to transfer to another role like character attendant or attractions. I've heard both 3 months and 6 months to transfer. Does anyone know which one is actually right?

at 6 months you can go on the hub and put in that you want a transfer. You will be placed on the wait list at that time.There are wait lists for everything some are months to years long. FT is longer because its more desirable. The company does a limited number of internal transfers then has to do a number of external hires. This makes waits super long for some areas. I know some people who have been waiting 2 to 3 years to go to a specific area. Some roles will be a time on the wait list, then you get called for the interview, then back on the wait list for a time before it happens.
