Transferring

I’m a two year cast member here at Disneyland in California, I’m wanting to transfer to Florida ASAP, how hard would it be to transfer? How do I go about doing the transfer?

I would start by contacting your HR department and asking them if there is an established transfer process.

It seems rather odd to us to ask such a specific employment related question on an unofficial fan site forum based in the UK. As far as remaining undercover, your cover is blown as it has been reported that this site has WDW eyes watching the posts. Whether that actually means anything is probably an entirely different story altogether!

Unless he posted from work, there is no way they know who he is. DLR employs about 25,000 CMs currently. The only clues they'd have is his username and that he's been there two years.
