Transfer of unused Annual Pass?

So here is the situation, my sister has an annual Pirate pass, she is soon to move out of FL. Her Pirate pass is also soon to be up for renewal for the year around the same time she’s moving. She does not want to renew bc she will be moving out of state. My bf wants an annual pass (Pirate) but obviously can only get a Pixie pass right now. Can she renew her Pirate pass not use it and transfer it to him (we live in FL)?

No. AP's are non-transferrable.

Ok, I understand it’s non transferable. Tell me what reassigning a pass is then. This is my son’s that I recently renewed but he hasn’t used yet.

Right, so my sister can transfer to my bf at renewal?
I’m not sure…to be honest. But I think it’s unlikely..

This ticket is a renewal on something that was previously sold and assigned to the nephew. It isn’t a “clean slate”. They haven’t sold a “pirate pass” in 6 months. There’s a reason for that. For awhile they were allowing people who had cancelled them in 2020 to buy them back…but that cycle is over.

Good luck. You need to call/email the somewhat frustrating guest communications to get someone to explain the minutia better than I.

I doubt the computer would allow an agent to make a "transfer" of a pass they are not selling so it could renew.
There is a reason they are not really selling new passes.
Best advice is yours Sir call, spend the time and ask. If what you are told does not add up be persistent, not lots of knowledge beyond a screen for the "agents".
