Ok friends - be real with me. I haven't run SQUAT for Disneyland and I'm worried. I'm signed up for all 3 races and I'm most concerned about the half of course. I can roll out of bed and run a 5k but I haven't run farther than that.
Suggestions to get my mileage up in the next few weeks?

1. You'll be running a lot of the half off property.
2. Anaheim isn't as flat as Orlando.
3. Southern California has been having waaaay above average rainfall. While winter is the rainiest time of year, it's been deluges and flooding I've not seen in decades. Hopefully there's not damage to the extend it would affect parts of the course 30 days later.
4. Just pray the Santa Anas aren't blowing, because it will be warm (but not Florida 85° and 85% humidity) and very windy.

You'll do fine. Winter in California is better than winter in Florida.

I think I would try to at least increase walking if you haven’t time to increase the running.
