Training all at once?

I have a question about entertainment training, I'm in a very high demand height range with a lot of character possiblities, will they train me for all these characters at once, or just a few at a time? How long does training last before you actually get out in the park? I've heard only a few days but I can't imagine being ready in only a few days, especially when they have so many characters to teach me.
