We are renting a car (a must do for us). We like going to Disney springs. What's the traffic like getting in and out of there with the new ramp garage? Should we allow for more than an hour travel for a dinner reservation?

The new ramps have pretty much eliminated the traffic issues at most times. During very busy times, there are still lane restrictions that will impact things until it is complete, so still best to allow extra time. But typically, you won't have a problem.
