Traditional Room at Dolphin Hotel

Hi,
So we just booked a short trip to WDW from 7/2-7/6 staying 4 nights at the Dolphin
are the Traditional Room at Dolphin Hotel been refurbished yet?
do i need to pay parking ? if so any option to park free?

I am not sure on the refurb, but S&D does charge for parking as well as a resort fee if I am not mistaken. There is no way around either.

It along with the other resort fees will be on your final bill as a per day charge.

You can get around the parking fee by not bringing a car.
