It's first come first serve just like any other bar. So probably being its not a restaurant it will never take reservations. You do get a little buzzer to let you know when you can go in after you check in.

They never will and you won't need one. Waits have become very tolerable.

You might have a small wait around 4, but if you go a few hours later? Nah. Not likely.

The wait was an hour just the other day for the 5 of us. It was about 5pm. I got the buzzer, went back to the room for 45 minutes and then hung out in the lobby for the last few minutes.
It was well worth the wait. We had a blast. My son is still talking about getting sacrificed after I ordered the uh-oa.

Stopped going there after Mick* buzzed us in numerous times with no available seating. When you want to take out of town guests and family members there to experience it, and you get a fake "Sorry..!" it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Point blank, the bartenders in there will not pay attention to you unless you are seated. Not sure if it still attracts the same volume of guests as it did a couple months ago.

Not the CMs fault who let you in. The CM at the door and the pager system is to stop/allow guests in according to the fire code limit for the room, which is around 60 people. As is typical in most bar environments it can't actually seat that many, but you are still free to walk up to the bar and purchase a drink, then stand and drink, same as any other bar anywhere in the world. Being allowed into trader Sam's doesn't guarantee a seat, just admission.
