Toy Story Ride - Mr. Potato Head Animatronic

Hi,
Regarding the new toy Story Ride coming soon at Disney Studios, is this a video of Mr. Potato Head testing? Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this Mr. Potato supposed to appear in the queue of the ride.

supposedly he is a barker at the california adventure to bring people into the ride and he is supposed to be in the queue at Disney Studios
