Toy Story Mania question?

Does anyone know the restrictions on toy story mania? Can a two year old ride it? If so, how does it work with the fast pass. Since she won't have a park ticket- I can't get a fastpass for her. Will she still be able to go in the fastpass lane with us and ride?
She rode on Buzz Lightyear in May with us and loved it.

My 2yo has been on a few times. The CM's understand that he doesn't have a ticket. He just gets on when we do. No worries! This will happen whenever you get FP's they ride with you.as if they had stood in line.
