Toy Story in Six Flags?

I was reading on another site that some Six Flags stores are selling Toy Story 3 merchandise. Are they allowed to do this? Does Disney have some sort of agreement with Six Flags that allows them to do this?

They probably buy toys for their stores and just put them in. The only difference between a Target, Wal-Mart, or Toys-R-Us and the store in SF is that it's in a park. Now if we saw giant advertisements and characters walking around that'd be a different story...
