Tower of Terror Storyline

With the name change in store for the studios I started to wonder if the TOT could ever suffer the same fate. If I remember correctly CBS owns the Twilight Zone label. Does anyone here know what kind of deal they made for the use of the name??

I'm sure Disney mad a deal where they couldn't lose the name, or something along those lines. There'd be too much to change.

The rumored name change for the studios has been talked about by people since day one of WDWMAGIC (almost 10 years ago). Still hasnt happened, so I wouldnt worry about Tower of Terror.
