Tower of Terror Pre Show Cast?

This is a long shot but I've noticed that the actors for Carolyn Crosson and Gilbert London in the pre show video (NOT the 1997 movie) are not credited anywhere I can find online. I can find names for the three other characters but not for these two, and I really would love to know who they are and maybe add credits for them on the various wiki pages floating around out there. Has anyone found any leads on their identities?
