There are guided tours in every park, magic kingdom almost 4 times, the studio's only 2.
Every day there's an English tour (studio's sometimes not), it costs around 20 EUR (or 25 dollars).
There are no backstage tours. You just get a guided tour in the park with some need stuff that they tell you. But if you have read something like "Disneyland Paris: From Sketch To Reality" , I don't know if they're gonna tell something new to you.
