Depends on what you are interested in. Also, check to make sure you can take you child with you. Some tours won't allow any children under age 16. The tours I likes were:

Steam Train Tour- You get to learn all about the trains and go to the roundhouse. A must for any train geek. BUT, you gotta get up REA early.

Backstage Safari at AK--really interesting backstage look at how they car for the animals.

Backstage Magic- Tour backstage at 3 parks. Takes up most of the day, really great, but expensive. See the utilidors, and much much more!

Keys to the Kingdom- much cheaper and shorter version. See parade floats and utilidors. Nice, but if you are a real fan you might not learn much new. I played stump the castmember the whole time. Guess what? I could not stump our guide!

Yuletide Fantasy- realy enjoyable tour of the resorts and parks at the holidays. Great info on on they decorate.

There's a bunch more now that I haven't taken, but I enjoyed every tour I took. They USED to have a backstage tour of their greenhouses and treefarm during the FLOWER AND GARDEN festival, but i don't know if they still do that. It was an FANTASTIC tour for garden enthusiasts!

Dolphins in Depth Epcot--Learn a lot about dolphins and get into the tank to interact with them. Interesting, but if you aren't a dolphin fanatic, skip it.

We took our DD (2 1/2) on the Behind the Seeds tour, and it was awesome!!! The tour was super informative while being laid back and fun...but then again LwTL is one of our favorites at EPCOT.

We loved the Keys tour, too. Our guide Robin was amazing, and I will admit that there were times I got misty eyed when she was talking about Roy and Walt. I agree that you might not learn too many 'new' things, but you learn how to have more of an eye for the details. We got to ride JC & HM with our narrative/information, and I wish I could go on a tour of just attractions with a guide! I feel like I have even more questions now!

Whatever you choose I am sure that you will enjoy your experience!!! :)
