Totally Tomorrowland Christmas - Thanksgiving Weekend

Hi Everyone,
Just sort of curious - I noticed that Totally Tomorrowland Christmas was playing in the afternoon & evening/night over the past few days. Is this typical for Thanksgiving weekend? Just seemed odd that none of the other Christmas shows/parades/fireworks were playing (besides Frozen Holiday Wish). Today it seems to be back to just playing on party nights.
