ToT 4.0.... Already running?

I read on the Laughingplace.com boards from several people saying that the random drop sequence is already in place..... anyone know for sure? I thought it was opening in January......

Oh yes it IS in place.... ITs a software type deal... Nothing that serious. Yeah it is in place but won't be ready for the public until January..

It is in place. It can be operated, as well. However, they will not be activating it til Jan.

I KNOW that I did see some ghosts? at the bottom of the drop when I went on it mid October, and last weekend they were not there! My friends didn't believe me but I KNOW that they were there! Has this happened to anyone else?:brick:

I definately saw the ghosts at the bottom of the drop when I was on TOT 2 weeks ago.:hammer:

My guess is this. ToT 4 is probably running PARTS of the new profile. So special effects are in testing, new drops and such are being tested.

My bad.... i knew it was in place already (for months, apparently)..... what i meant to ask is that ..... "i heard its running already"......... Anyone know if its running already?

OK i think i've posted this question many many times, but i've never gotten an answer. Does anyone know the dates in January for the TOT version 4 to debut?

The date has not been officially specified yet, just "January 2003"
