Topolinos was the one that got away

So this morning my advanced dining reservation opened up for the 1st half of our trip. With some creative rearrangement of plans, I was able to get just about everything we wanted, even space 220 lounge. Yes, it does mean in order to go to the Space 220 lounge that I will have to park hop from HS to Epcot, and then back to HS later on that evening, but but we will make it work. Ironically the problem child that I was not expecting, was Topelinos for breakfast. I was not able to get a breakfast reservation for that on any morning that would have worked for us. So how does that a reservation finder and pray for the best. I have a feeling that trying to secure storybook dining for the 2nd half of our trip is going to be just as annoying.

Well done getting Space 220! Keep looking for reservations, something might pop up. I also remember seeing Topolino's available via waitlist for the later breakfast hours. So if you are nearby the Rivera maybe you can score an impromptu visit! I have yet to see Storybook Dining pop up ever....and it's. on my list to try. Good luck!

Yeah, we were so worried about trying to get storybook dining for my daughter that I had to give up and secure a Be Our Guest reservation yesterday. Talk about irony. I didn't think BRG would be easier to get than Story book dining.

BOG is great as well! Have you tried setting up dining alerts from touring plans? Maybe something will open up!

We have a split stay so are our reservation window hasn't opened up for story about dining yet. But the difference is our 1st reservation window though uses a 60 + 10, our 2nd reservation window is only a 60 + 4 and storybook dining is on the 2nd day. From what I saw on this reservation window when it opened up, storybook dining is going to be a problem.

Hopefully you get lucky. If not, Touringplans reservation finder has often been really good for me.

Update for 2nd half of my reservations since I have a split stay. My 2nd reservation is only 4 nights. so I had a lot less with a room. Sadly I was not able to get a dinner reservation Ohana or Story Book dining. I'm glad I made an emergency dinner reservation at the BOG earlier in the trip for our daughter just in case. Set up additional reservation finder notifications in case something opens up. I had to use Mouse Dinnig with Touring Plans because TP will only let me set up 2 even with a paid account.
