If Toon Studio gets connected to new land at WDSP for Phase 2 in 2005, it have to be new Toontown with Maroon Studios as mini-land based on Who Framed Roger Rabbit to be build as a new land in 2005 with attractions, shopping, dining, meet & greets and entertainment.
TOONTOWN
Here is the attractions:
1.Toontown Express (simulator) (Opened: 2005)
Guests will aheading for Toontown Bus Station (Union Station inspired but more Toonier) as they
are in the middle of the waiting room for the bus trip in Toontown, as we will see Droopy Dog is being a ticket booth master to
take our tickets to Toontown Express. As we will aheading for Pre-Show as the guests will learning about the bus trips around Toontown like
Mickey's Neighborhood, Duckburg, Wackyland, Hollywood, Disneyland, and more. As Toontown Express boss, Peg Leg Pete (voiced by Jim Cummings),
talks about safety trips in Toontown as Roger Rabbit used to take the guests and Toons in Toontown for the tour but he got fired because crashing alot of things in downtown Toontown, even he will getting big explosion at ACME Factory. Gus the Bus (Benny's best friend) will take his place as Peg Leg Pete led Minnie Mouse for the safety rules video for the guests before take a tour to Toontown with Gus the Bus.
In the loading area we will hear Benny the Cab interactive animatronic talks about jokes and as he was getting ready on the road
take Toons. As we are enter Gus the Bus as he will tell us that he was secret because he wanted to be a movie star,
as we will going speeding through downtown Toontown as dodging the Toon traffic with bunch of Toon cameos driving their cars,
as Benny the Cab along with Roger Rabbit zooms by us that he told Gus that Maroon Cartoons is holding auditions for Toons to be a movie star,
as we will follow Benny and Roger as we will into the valley road as we will getting hit Benny as Roger falls into Gus the Bus's ceiling,
as we will falling down into Toon River, into the rapids as almost getting swallow by Monstro the Whale,
as he spits his mouth to Gus the Bus in the woods, crashing the Three Little Pigs houses, picking up Bugs Bunny while running away from Elmer Fudd,
as we will aheading to the end of the cliff as Bugs using ACME portable hole to gets us outta here before falling down from the cliff as we are in the desert as we will almost getting smashed by a rock by Wile E. Coyote thinking we are Road Runner, as we will met José Carioca and Panchito Pistoles while riding in their magic carpet from Aladdin as they told Gus the Bus where Donald Duck is, he is supposed to be at Hollywood Bowl for the concert, as
colorful lights in the ceiling came no where as beat to the music, but the train is coming at us as Gus the Bus using portable hole to get us outta here
as we are in the highway as Toon cameos driving their cars is running away from the train is still on us, as we will exit the highway as the train is still speeding crashing into the traffic lane, as we are in the downtown Toontown as we will see Roger Rabbit as a fire fighter while riding fire truck
as he told Gus is Jessica Rabbit is been trapped in the burning fireworks factory as we have to save her, as the Toon fire fighters are rescuing her in the burning fireworks factory as Roger jumps to rescue his wife, Jessica, as the fire is getting worse and worse and Roger and Jessica jumps miles away from the burning fireworks factory as Toons got Roger and Jessica as Toons of Toontown are cheering for them as we will see a firework rocket blasted into the ceiling as the guests got blasted into the outer space and falling down back to the Earth and crashed landed at Maroon Cartoon Studios in Hollywood,
as the director, Toons and producers are cheering that Gus the Bus is now as a movie star as Arabian Bird takes controlled Gus the Bus as speeding into Hollywood Blvd, and drives to crashing into ACME Gag Warehouse, watching out of the gags such as anvils, TNTs, and many more
as crashed into the bunch of gag products as pulled up by the fireworks shoot out the factory as we will aheading back to Maroon Studios
as Arabian Bird jumps out of the driver seat and landed on using his Mary Poppins' umbrella as Gus the Bus parked at the studio lot as Gus the Bus is
so happy that he is now as movie star, as he told us to thank to riding Toontown Express as we will exit the bus to the gift shop themed to Maroon Studios,
as we will enter Maroon Studios now.
2.Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway (trackless dark ride) (Opened: 2025)
Guests will walk into a movie theater called the El CapiTOON Theater, The queue for this version will feature a special exhibit put together by the Toontown Hysterical Society, showcasing costumes and props from the toon world. The attraction will be same, but it will have some more different scenes. Guests are invited to watch the premiere of a new Mickey Mouse cartoon, Perfect Picnic, in which Mickey and Minnie Mouse prepare for a picnic outing and encounter Goofy driving a train.
3.Toon Tower Hotel (a freefall - friendly-family version of Tower of Terror) (Opened: 2005)
Guests will be walk into Toon Tower Hotel in the downtown Toontown area, as Droopy Dog as our bellhopper,
as we'll going mayhem up and down with interactive gags, alots of Toon cameos will be appear such as Genie, Lena Hyena, the Toon Patrol weasels, the Jetsons, Scooby Doo, etc...
4.The Great Nut Hunt starring Chip and Dale (Opened: 2017)
A family coaster that is similar to Seven Dwarf's Mine Train in setup and style. Except the setting for the attraction is a forest instead of an old mine and mountain range. Chip and Dale are on a mission to find as many nuts as possible for the winter. The only think that may get in their way and thwart them is Ranger Pluto, whose been entrusted by Mickey to watch over the area.
5.The Toon Comedy Club (Opened: 2005)
In this interactive live show, will host random Toon character (Goofy, Mickey Mouse, Sloth from Zootopia, etc...) to make
the guests alot of laughs with many gags, and more.

2.Baby Herman's Runaway Baby Buggy Ride (Opened: 2005)
When guests enter the set of a new Baby Herman short and pass by his trailer, they find themselves recruited into service as stunt doubles for an action sequence that Baby Herman has deemed too dangerous to do himself. Climbing aboard baby buggies, guests careen through the halls of the St. Nowhere Hospital featured in the short Tummy Trouble. The attraction was to have been the first one in the park to feature an on-ride photo opportunity.
3.Roger Rabbit and Baby Herman in Cowboy Round-Down-Up in 3D
Guests are aheading into Maroon Cartoon theater for the premiere of new Baby Herman short, "Cowboy Round-Down-Up" starring Roger Rabbit and Baby Herman.
