Tons of Questions

Hello! I am a WDW CM visiting Dinseyland and have a few questions. I hope that you guys can help me out.

1) When will all of that construction and the tarps on Main Street be finished? I'm going in May.

2) What is that Happy Birthday celebration at the Plaza Inn like? Worth it for a 9 year old?

3) What are some dining options in DCA? I've eaten at Taste Pilot's before on another trip. Any other places I should try?

4) How busy is DCA on Fridays? If I get there by 1pm will I be OK to do DCA if the park closes at 9pm?

I can only help you out with your DCA question. I should think that you will be fine at DCA if you plan to stay all night. Um, you must try Soarin' Over California it is really amazing, although you might not know everywhere you soar to. And California Screamin' will rock. And I have a question, the Baby Swap at WDW is encouraged for families who have very young children, of scared children correct? And if a FP says you can obtain another one in a few minuites, that is fine because that is the printed time. If I am wrong with these please tell me. Thanks.
