Does anyone happen to have, or know where I can find, a Tomorrowland Transit Authority video? I know Intercot has one but it is not too great a video.

Well, it really isn't that hard once you do it a time or 2. It has become second nature to me.
One of the advantages is bandwidth - using IRC allows the bandwidth need to be spread across different servers. All of the encoding is free, the housing is free, and the bandwidth is free.
Now, there is one alternative and that is we post many of them in the alt.binaries.multimedia.disney newsgroup.
