I realize that there was a project with this title already, but whatever changes come to Tomorrowland, I think the title fits. BTW, this is for Disneyland's Tomorrowland, not WDW's.
Remember when Disney was throwing ideas around about bringing Epcot to the West Coast (with the tentative name "Westcot")? Well, to make DL unique, I don't think an entire park would have to be made to bring the spirit of Epcot to the resort. Why not just re-make Tomorrowland with Future World's ideas in mind? When DL first opened, Tomorrowland was basically Walt's first Epcot. It was more serious in it's concept of the future.
Now, the Magic Kingdom's Tomorrowland works great. It has a more "wacky" vision of the future, themed to more of a 1950's view of the future, with aliens and buck rodgers-esque architecture. Because WDW already has Epcot, MK's Tomorrowland works better this way, not being so serious about the future. DL currently has a poor Tomorrowland in my opinion. It has good shows and rides and all (autopia, Space Mountain, HISTA) but I think it lacks a constant "theme". With that being said, here we go:
TOMORROWLAND 2055
has the theme "The land of Endless Possibilities", (or something to that extent) signifying that Tomorrowland will focus on new ideas for the future. A rather broad theme, but it works.
The Tomorrowland Plaza: The entrance to Tomorrowland across the bridge. Golds and silvers decorate large, stealth buildings. The "2055" on the entrance sign is capable of changing with the passing of each year. Just pretending that this would open in 2005, the year counter would always be 50 years in the future. So in 2007, it would read "Tomorrowland 2057".
Autopia will stay, but occasionally rehabbed as usuall.
Space Mountain gets a makeover. It will still use the concept of traveling through space the same way we travel in airplanes. We enter the "Spaceport" in a futuristic lobby, then move on to our "terminal". No real plot as we are blasted off into space, flying past (and through) meteors, planets, stars, etc. We land at another Spaceport orbiting the moon. After we exit our spaceships, we are "teleported" to the moon, setting up the theme of the post-show exhibits. I think there is a thing at Tomorrowland right now regarding NASA's history that could work for the post show.

More comming soon!
