Did you know that the TTA PeopleMover has a whole backstory that explains that the actual ride is really the "Blue Line" of a 3-line system that also includes a Red Line and a Green Line. This is from Wikipedia:
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomorrowland_Transit_Authority_PeopleMover#section_2
" The TTA's backstory ... made reference to the Transit Authority's three different "lines": the Blue Line, the Red Line, and the Green Line. The Blue Line, which constituted the actual ride, was Tomorrowland's intra-city elevated train system. The Red Line took riders 'off-planet' to other destinations in the galaxy, while the Green Line provided local transportation to Tomorrowland's "Hover-Burbs." There was a diorama of a hub station where all three lines intersect located on the second floor of the north show building (Interplanetary Convention Center). ... "
So... This got me thinking of new attractions Disney could add, based on that backstory...
TTA Red - A super-fast space themed real maglev that shoots trains loaded with guests to Pandora at DAK. Solves part of WDW's transportation problems by providing a fixed rail link from MK to DAK while also adding a super-cool new E-ticket ride that BOTH parks could share!
TTA Green - An Omnimover-style ride that starts outdoors and themed as just a regular people mover line before entering a new show building that doesn't have to be in the immediate vicinity of TL because of this theming as an extension of the TTA PeopleMover system. Once in the show building, we will be made to think we are still outdoors, still on the Green PeopleMover line. We then we begin a flying tour (Peter Pan style) of TL's "Hover-Burbs" (neighborhoods which hover in the sky). More would need to be developed, such as an actual story as to why we are touring the Hover-Burbs and the ensuing adventure while in-tour...
