is an island!
based on tom sawyer!
ummm...
it basically a large play island with a fort and caves .you catch a river raft over to the island. if you find a paint brush on the island give it to a cm who will reward you in some way.
the place is ok but getting off is the pain! as you have to catch the raft back over to the 'mainland' again which feels odd as theres all ways a queue.where do you queue to get off an attraction? when your done your done you just want to get off! quick! ive only been on it once thats it not much there for me!

My boys love TSI. There are a lot of places to climb and explore. It's aimed primarily at the 4-10 year old crowd, though kids a little younger or a little older will enjoy it, too. It's the only place in the MK where kids can run around and let off a little steam. We typically go there in the middle of our touring for a break.

Think of it as a playground for the under-10 set. It has nothing there for adults. It is excellent to pull your rambunctious kiddies off the mainland for an hour to let them run off their energy. I consider this the equivalent of the electric train at Animal Kindom -- the ferries take you to nowhere, and then you queu and queu and wait and wait for them to get you back to where you started.

Personally I love the island and I am no kid... ;) I like to explore it and see what is new. Also liking to take pictures you can get some great shots of Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain & Haunted Mansion as well as Liberty Square and Frontierland...

I love TSI! I'm 18 and it is one of my favorite things to do in WDW. I was heart broken because it was closed last time we went. I cannot wait until April so I can go play on TSI.
