would most people really not go the a particular park just because they had to pay a toll for the road??

i think not - although the idea of getting that cost refunded inside the park at a shop is good - i doubt it will happen though!!

disney charges enough just to park and thousands still pay it.

Yeah it was a intresting article. Looks like Universal has plans for a upcoming park.
