Tokyo's version was a bit longer and featured more characters, including Mickey and Minnie, and the villains. To be fair, the plot was pretty much the same (nil) and all the villains did was... well, show up.
The other main difference is the size of the stage it was performed on. Because Tokyo's Central Plaza is about 4x bigger than MK's, the stage is much larger and can accomodate more characters. They also had Cindy come up the street (again, much more room for traffic) in her coach, and the "Lights of Romance" played prior to the show at night (acrylic statues of the royal couples lit from beneath in time to romantic music from their movies and accompanied by lit archways similar to the "Lights of Winter" featured at Epcot during the holidays.) If I remember correctly, Cinderellabration was featured near Valentine's Day, so the lit archways may have been TDL's Lights of Winter just left up for a few weeks after New Year's and incorporated into the new show. Because TDL's guests visit more frequently and are more interested in live spectacles/pageants than guests at WDW, TDL changes live shows much more frequently (sometimes every 4 months). Also, nearly everything at TDL is sponsored, which seems to go overlooked in the internet communities. We always hear about how Oriental Land is "willing to spend more than TWDC", but we rarely see photos of the prominent Sponsor-Logo floats featured in each parade. Seriously, even the riverboat has a sponsor. That's good business. I wish more things were sponsored here (although some of the same folks who decry Brawny presenting LMA bellyache over not having as big a Cinderellabration show... go fig...)
