I have just started a media section of my site:
disneycorner.com

Just click on the Media tab at the top of the page to get there.
The only part finished is the Tokyo DisneySea Section. But from what it looks like so far, I'd say this is going to be great!

I like the selection of pictures and videos and whatnot

However....

Your video for 20K is for WDW's extinct ride. The 20K over at TDS is more like Peter Pan (a suspended vehicle that holds just a few people)

U sure about that? I could swear I heard Japaneese in that video. lol

Did you film it yourself? If not...check the places you jacked it from.

...also...if it is the american one..maybe the person filming it was japanese ;)

I got this like 6 months ago, only because someone IMed it to me, claiming it was Tokyo DisneySea's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. I'll try and get a hold of that person. :) Thanks for your help. And Now Inc., I didn't "jack" it from any site. lol

what the heck's "plugging it" ???? lol

anyway, i found out that the video is from WDW. The person who IMed it to me lied. I'm deeply sorry. :( On another note, does anyone here know how I can contact PopKid? He is never on ICQ, and doesn't answer PMs. Any suggestions?

plugging it is any form of advertising of another site, whether intentional or not. Basically, the second you remove the link, it's no longer plugging your site, but rather informing everyone out there of a new resource.

What's wrong with a respectable person plugging their own site here? I could see if JoeBob joined and within 5 posts, he posted a link to www.mywdwsiteisbetterthanyoursis.com, but somebody with a lot of experience here at WDWMagic.com should be able to post links to other Disney sites. We are a WDW community, and new discoveries and announcements are always welcome, IMO.

yes and yes. But there are Disney search engines, banner exchanges, and TONS of links sites out there devoted solely to advertising. If you go to almost every other Disney site on the web, none allow advertising of outside sites for a simple reason: every tom, ________, and harry w/ a site would be clogging the boards with unneccesary advertising

If you notice...I didn't DELETE his thread...I simple asked that he tries to keep the plugging down to a minimum. I did this because I don't want other people getting the idea that its ok to post everytime they put an update on their page. I dont mind if its done once and a while..but if everyone started doing it..it would get really messy around here.
