Let's Imagine if There's Ever a Third Park in Tokyo Disney Resort. It Will Be Based Off Disney California Adventure 2012's Makeover and Florida's Former Version of Disney MGM/Hollywood Studios. If Anyone Got Get Ideas for Them to Share, I'll Be Happy to Hear.

What are going to be the IP's in the 3 great movie rides?

I am asking this because You are very limited in what you can do with Marvel for any Tokyo Disneyland theme park right now. Universal Studios Japan has the rights to Marvel due to an existing contract. The Marvel contract in Universal Studios Japan ends sometime in the 2020's.

Why don't we pretend like Disney bought the rights back lol. Working marvel in would seem kinda misplaced anyways IMO.

Well in the Animation Backlot, There will be a Great Kingdom Hearts Movie Ride (as Seen for My Idea for the Disneyland Resort in California). Also, There Will be the Great Muppet Movie Ride (in Japanese Dub) at the Muppet Backlot. And the Original Florida Great Movie Ride will be in the Buena Vista Street. (Not Confussion with the Name of Disney California Adventure One).

What Rights? I Don't Know if Oriental Land Company (Owners of Disneyland Resort in Japan) Would Become Interest in Licensing the MGM Brand or Not.

Of Course, I Will Be Annoucing the Backlots and Sections that has the Florida and California Adventure's Hollywood Land Feel. And No, We Can't Use the Sesame Muppets, Because of USJ Has the Park Rights to Them.
