Tokyo Disney Fastpass Question

Heading to Japan in a few weeks and will be going to Tokyo Disneyland and Sea for the first time. Quick question about fastpasses that hopefully someone will know the answer to. At WDW they do not enforce the end time for the passes, only the start time. Is this the same policy at Tokyo Disney or should I make sure I get to the attractions within that hour window? Any other suggestions for a first timer there?
Thanks!

When I visited in 2009 they did not enforce the end time. Just like in WDW, as long as the start time has passed they let you on. ( I did this with Space Mountain)

Thanks. Was there Jan. 3rd and 4th, both parks were super packed, fast passes for most rides seemed to be gone early in the day (Tower of Terror by 11am!). Had I known while there would have helped, didn't risk it not knowing. Had a great time but wish I had more than just two days. And MK's Space Mountain is WAY better than Tokyo Disneyland's in my opinion.
