What's it like to be an American cast member at Tokyo Disney? My daughter is a dancer/actress/model and is interested in Working there.

I don't have any real information, but I imagine that as with many global companies, the experience will be similar to the cast members in the US. Things will be adapted to local customs / regulations of course, but I'd expect the same level of work. Of course, I think you would be expected to be able to speak and probably read Japanese fluently though as this makes us 99% of the guests.

No need to have any prior experience with Japanese. Interactions will all happen in English for most roles. Contracts are usually 1 year right now. Great opportunity and great experience. Keep in mind that Japan is one of the safest countries on earth, so it's a great place for a young person to spread their wings a bit.

Just got back from Japan visiting one of my former Cast Members who is now on a contract at TDL. He's loving every minute of it. It was great to see him having so much fun.
