Would it be possiable, of course speaking to the fact that I had the money, to buy out Disney? Meaning could I buy all the stocks and everything and own the company myself?

Since it's a publicly traded company it's technically possible. However, as of this afternoon their Market Capitalization (total value of all the public shares of stock) was ~$41.6 Billion.

It would likely go for a good bit more than though given annual revenue of $37B.

You would have to get people to sell you the shares and I think it would cost a great deal more then the current price of @22 per share. Also, you only need 51% for the majority and control the board.

It's been attempted. Most recently by Comcast.
That wasn't really an attempt. It was Roy Disney working with Comcast to p.iss of Eisner and oust him.

So while it is technically possible, you would have to become what's called a "majority share holder" first. When a company is publicly traded, the public is normally only privy to a portion of the shares while others go to directors, former founders and what have you. If you could convince the majority share holders (normally the board members) to sell you their shares and accept your offer, then you could become the majority share holder. Otherwise you would need to do what's called a hostile takeover where you make a tender offer that is higher than the current trading price and all (or mst) current stock holders sell their shares to you. Once you have a maority of the shares you also hold a majority of the decision making power and hence would own most of the company.
However, as you could imagine, this rarely works, and has little or no chance of working at a successful company like Disney (ignoring their current downturn).
