Since we are getting Avatarland, do we get titanic too? Funny, how both movies are the top 2 grossing movies all of time (minus inflation) and they are not really in mainstream culture.

The only good part of the movie was after they hit the iceberg. :eek:

Even if Avatar 2 and 3 is a hit....I think this is a billion dollar bust. Avatar came out in 2009 and you don't hear anything from it. Meanwhile, Harry Potter came out in 1997 and it's still everywhere.

I enjoyed The Titanic Experience on I-Drive a few years ago. I don't think it would be morally right to open a park based on it though!!

I don't get the hype with Avatar, hopefully it will bring a bit of new energy to DAK though.

Big difference between a movie based on a fantasy and one based on an actual tragic event. Hopefully the OP was just trying to be funny to suggest such a possibility.
