My family and I are going to Wilderness Lodge from the fourth to the sixth. We already have plans on the fourth to get to the hotel, hang out at the pool, then get ready to go to the polynesian resort and watch the fourth of july fireworks from their private beach. But we are not sure what to do the fifth and sixth. We were wondering if those two days were the parks as crowded as they are on the fourth? Last year we went on the fourth and it was a horrible experience. We had to walk through the back, there was barely any room to breathe, it was not a magical experience. So, I was wondering how the fifth and the sixth look after. We are planning on going to downtown disney the fifth, for about 2-3 hours later during the day. Any ideas? Thanks!

(also, my family consists of me, my husband, and my daughter who is 11, since I know you guys will ask how big is the family :))

One Little Spark...
All of the Parks are rated high on the crowd calendars. Oddly, undercover tourist says MK is a good place to be on the fourth (I'd imagine that's due to the extended hours).

You can look at it here...

Outside of looking at crowd calendars, I would imagine the parks would stay busy due to how the fourth falls this year (on a Thurs). I can see lots of people generally planning to stay through the weekend...but that's just a hunch.

If you pop over to easy wdw, they are showing the 4th, 5th, and 6th as level 9 days for crowds. AK is the only park recommended on the 4th, MK and DHS are recommended on the 5th, and AK Epcot and DHS are recommended on the 6th. Again- just projections, but I've come to like their info with regard to crowds and recommendations on these things.
