Tips for big families

We will be traveling with 37 people on our trip in August. We understand it will be difficult (we usually travel with 14 and it's tough.) We understand different personalities/ages therefore we're not expecting to spend every single second with each other. For the most part we have our dinner reservations together as well as fast passes. Anyone else have any tips for traveling with a bunch of people? Also thinking of getting shirts but can't find anything fun/witty for us, we're a crazy bunch!

I definitely agree to split up as well. I think you'll have a fantastic time if you keep your planned time together, such as your FastPasses and meals. Everyone will have different opinions and things they want to see, so be sure to keep the time balanced between large and small groups. That way you can enjoy the time you are together, knowing everyone will still fit in what they want to do (instead of getting irritated or resentful when not everyone is seeing that they prefer).

Just relax and enjoy yourselves! We often travel in a large group, but only of about 10-14. 37 definitely sounds like an adventure!

We've done big groups too, but never that big. I agree with the whole splitting up thing - keeps everyone happy. I'd also recommend before you go getting everyone together if possible and make sure that everyone has a voice in planning. It's hard enough to please everyone in a group of 10 or 12, but 37 would seem to be impossible. But if you have everyone prioritize what they'd like to do, it will make it easier to plan by groups or whatever. Also, plan ahead, but plan to be flexible too.
Have a great time!
