Tipping your server electronically?

So if you are staying on property at a Disney Resort and you have your magic band all set up for payments too. What's the options these days for electronically tipping your server when dining?

We've got a dining plan that includes table service, we're staying in a disney resort what's the process for tipping our server electronically so we don't need to carry lots of cash around?

You can charge all the tips to your room charges no problem! I never carry cash on me hardly ever and this worked great for our last trip. Just let tour server know that you want to room charge the tip.

An important thing to note, if you're like me and don't want the server seeing the tip before you leave (whether it's low, normal or high)....

You will have to write the tip on the receipt, then give it back to the server to process and charge to your MB. It's a very poor setup, but that's how it works.

We learned that in March, and I did not care for it. So, in August, we took cash to cover all our TS meals. Each day, I'd put enough in my wallet to cover up to about 25% for each meal (but with bills small enough to penalize for extremely poor service, if needed).
