Do the Magic Kingdom and California Adventure have tip boards near their entrance like all of the WDW Theme Parks that tell you estimated wait times for all of the attractions?

They do. The board in Disneyland is near the entrance to Adventureland in the hub, and the one in DCA is over in the Golden State Park area, near the bridge to Paradise Pier.

The one at DCA is on wheels and sometimes shut down if the park has light traffic. Surprised me the first time the entire board was gone, not just closed.

There's also a smaller guest relations booth near Enginears Toys by the entrance, Just across from the Sun Plaza Area. Permanent structure, and always stocked with a Guest Relations CM. There may not be a big board with times and whatnot, but you could always ask them if you had a specific attraction in mind. They're also totally stocked with stickers and maps if you need those too :)

that DCA one is pretty deep inside the park! I want to be able to determine which ride to get a FP for...Soarin' or ToT...guess I'll have to make that 3 minute walk from Sunshine Plaza to Paradise Pier ;)

Yes, it's an extremely inconvenient location, especially for me since I'm generally over in Hollywood Pictures Backlot when I want to know the Screamin' wait. :p
