We have fast passes for FOP at 12:45 p.m. How long will it take us to get thru the fast pass line and the ride, then catch the bus & get back to the Poly?

When booking our fast passes on the 60 day mark, I did not factor in a wedding (purpose of this trip LOL) when booking and the wedding is at 4:30 at Shades of Green. We will need to get back to the Poly from AK, shower and dress and get to the wedding. Do you think this will be feasible? This is in late July if that makes a difference.

Of course, all of the fast passes for FOP are sold out during the length of our stay.

If you get to the FP queue right at 12:45 you should be able to do the ride in under an hour under the worst of conditions.

I would grab a cab or an Uber to get back to your resort as the travel time will be shorter and much more consistent than the Disney busses.

Providing you do absolutely nothing else (so gift shop stops, no smelling the roses, etc) you should be able to be back at the Poly by 2:45.

I think you would be fine. As others have stated, I would do Uber. Worst case you get off at 1:45, get to the lot at 2PM, Uber to Poly 2:15, in room at 2:30. From there, it all depends on how long it takes you to get ready. If you figure 1 hour to get ready, that leaves 15 minutes of fluff to get to SoG and 15 minutes before the wedding.

Another scenario would be to get to AK early, before rope drop, there are early morning hours and they open at 8:00 a.m. and book it to FOP and go without a fast pass. I guess we could try this and see how long the wait would be.

We could also go at rope drop the day before (when we are riding the Na'vi River ride but they open at 9:00 a.m. that morning. This is on a Friday and the early morning hours is on a Sat.
