Timekeeper

I have read about the Timekeeper attraction featuring Robin Williams in a couple of guidebooks but they also say that it is open seasonally?
Can anyone explain? We go in late Oct/Nov, is it likely to be open and can anyone give me their opinion of the ride?
Thanks

Timekeeper is an attraction which opens only a few days out of the entire year? Why? We don't know.

It closed in 2001 for an undisclosed reason. Some say it stayed closed because of the Twin Towers shot in the 360 show. However, it has reopened several times since then with the piece unedited.

Perhaps Eisner just doesn't want to spend the money on two Animatronics.

In any case, unless you are going for Thanksgiving week (in which case it STILL may be closed), Timekeeper will remain without a show. It usually opens for Christmas, President's Day, Easter, and the 4th of July (although it may not do so this year).

What a bummer. :( It's one of the true jewels of Tomorrowland: a HILARIOUS show with quality, an excellent score and set of animatronics, and especially TRUE MEANING.

Alien Encounter and Timekeeper are CLEARLY the best shows in the MK and 2 of the best on WDW property. And now they are both rumored to be replaced. I wish I could make sense of it. But anyways I hope that The Timekeeper is open in late July.
