You can either go through a broker, like one of the board sponsors (check the DVC forum), or direct with an owner. For the latter, try one of the sites like mouse owners.

However, whichever way you decide to go, it's important to do your homework and know the differences between booking direct with Disney and a rental. The main one is that if you rent you cannot cancel and get your money back. And if you rent direct, you need to check that they are bona fide members etc. Plenty of information around to help.
