Tiki Room inspired Tiki movie being developed.

Although not to be based on the attraction, but on material inspired by the attraction (sounds exactly how the POTC movies came about) and said not to be written like the POTC movies came about.

Could make for a wonderful story bases on Pacific Island mythology. The preshow for the DL attraction is begging to be expanded.

Would make Under New Management even that more pathetic of an effort going forward as well.

Not at all. I just read this a couple of days ago. The important thing is that Disney has denied it. J.k. Rowling was inspired by a Rabbit story. But it isn't connected to the final product. People can attack "big wdw news"...then this one can be attacked too. It was a misleading title. And the article simply quoted Disney in the first place and used it for their advantage. So can I. But thank you for the update none the less! :animwink:

Not arguing at all. Sounds like Dis is still hurting from CBJ and HM films.

They want to collect from the association to the attraction without the stigma of associating with the attraction.

Regardless of what the story says, a movie based on the Tiki Room would be a great idea! I'm imagining something like Beverly Hills Chuhuahua (which sucked), only with birds.

The Pacific island setting and great characters could really make for a fun movie!

Seeing that The Tiki Room is my all-time favorite attraction this has me kind of scared....

IF it is based off the Disneyland version of the attraction with Jose and company somehow incorporated I would be THRILLED.

However if it is based on some alternate Crap-Tac-U-Lar thing (Under new management, has Stitch in it, or something stupid like that) then I am SCARED.
