Tigers at Animal Kingdom

This may seem like a silly question, but I've wondered about it for a while.

Are the tigers at Disney's Animal Kindom breeding pairs? Is there a chance of a litter of tiger cubs in the future for AK?

Sorry if this has been asked already.

There is a possibility of breeding all of the animals at Animal Kingdom, but you must apply to be able to do so through the AZA, to which all good zoological parks belong (including AK, of course), and the AZA selects breeding pairs which promote the best genetic diversity among all animals in its member zoos. That is how AK got the male elephant on loan to breed with two females (successfully!), and the male has now been shipped back. Disney is currently focusing heavily on the elephants right now, as they are in the most danger (only 5 or so elephant births in zoos across America over the last 25 or so years!), but I would not be surprised to see tiger cubs in the future!

Chatting to the CMs I found out some bits and pieces about the tigers. One of them is that they will not be breeding.

There are six in total. They are not 100% sure what exact breed they are which was the reason I was given that they will not breed from them.

All six are female (two pairs may be sisters)

They are all females because male tigers do not do well in groups, they are too aggresive

Speaking of two females, there is a pair of black neck swans int eh Oasis (not be confused with the black swans). Anyway, they are both female, but at one point one of them was nesting on top of some eggs. The keeper said they (as in the pair) made them, but they were not "good" eggs of course. Weird huh...
