Tiger Electronic Games

Anyone remember these? They used to be all the rage back in the day and I'm pretty sure I still own the Sonic 2 and Jurassic Park ones as well, I need to find them and hope they still work.

My younger brother and I grew up getting LCD games by Konami, Acclaim, and Tiger. We got those games for our Birthdays and Christmas. The catch is we got them in the late 1980s and early 1990s. I recalled us getting Konami arcade games of Top Gun and Gradius. For Acclaim LCD games, we owned WWF Wrestlemania, and The Simpsons.

A majority of those games still work. From the Tiger Electronic game standpoint, I remembered us getting Ninja Gaiden 2, Paperboy, Snake's Revenge, Karnov, Baseball, Bowling, Electronic Football, Gauntlet, Electronic Pinball, and Karate king. We also had Bo Jackson Football/Baseball as a Christmas gift, but it didn't work at all with it being returned.

A Local Video game store does sell old LCD games including Tiger Electronic games including Sonic 1.

I would hope that even the Tiger version of a Hideo Kojima game still has 2-hour long cutscenes between the levels.
