Tiered Fastpasses

Apologies if this has been posted and answered.

I'm trying to find the full list of tiered Fastpasses at ALL of the parks. Epcot and The Studios keep coming up but not Animal Kingdom or Magic Kingdom just the list of whats included in fastpass plus.

Ak and MK do not have any tiers for FastPass+.
