I haven't been to Universal in 10 years and my husband has never been there. Any tips or advice would be awesome! I am confused about one thing. We are staying off site and purchased tickets with a package through Universal. How do we get our tickets? I'm used to the way WDW does it. You check in and get this neat little package with everything you need. Do we get our tickets when we check in at the hotel, do they get mailed to us, do we pick them up at the park gate??? Thanks!

My last visit, I bought online and used the voucher to print out the ticket at a kiosk at the park entrance.
In your situation, I think your best bet would be to call and get your answer. Wherever you purchased the package from, there should be some kind of contact information.
