Hello everyone,
What is the best option for my family we want to go to all four parks but don't know how many days we need, what day to do what and when to buy or where? Does anyone know if they sell 2 day park pass with park hopper option at the door? How much are they? And how much are 1 day passes at the door?
Please Help!
With the new Magic Your Way (MYW) ticket system we now custom design your tickets to meet your individual family's needs. To decide what ticket is best for you ask yourself 4 simple questions...
How many days do you plan to visit Disney's four major Theme Parks?
(Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom)
Keeping in mind
the longer you stay to play, the less you pay per day. In other words the
per day cost of a 10 day ticket is less then half the cost of a 1 day ticket. We sell the Magic Your Way Base tickets in any length you choose from 1 to 10 days.
How do you plan to play? Just one park per day or hop between all four?
The Magic Your Way Base ticket allows entry to ONE of the four major parks per calendar day, for each day on your ticket. If you would like to visit more then one park in the same calendar day and be able to hop back and fourth between any of our 4 major parks each day, you need to add the
Park Hopper Option which cost just $40 per ticket regardless of the number of days, or the age of the Guest. Again, remember
the longer you stay to play, the less you pay per day.
Where do you plan to play? Do you plan to visit any of our other gated attractions too?
(Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, DisneyQuest, Pleasure Island Clubs, Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex)
If you plan to visit any combination of two or more of these "fun" gated attractions, you can save money by adding the
Water Park Fun and More Option to your ticket for just $50 per MYW ticket regardless of the number of days, or the age of the Guest. The longer the number of theme park days on your ticket, the more separate "fun" visit entitlement you get to enjoy. These "fun" visits are non-hopping, so you can use more then one "fun" visit in the same calendar day. Also they are completely separate from your theme park visits. Again, remember
the longer you stay to play, the less you pay per day.
For a 1, 2, or 3 day MYW ticket, you get 3 separate "fun" visits,
For a 4 or 5 day MYW tickets you get 4 separate "fun" visits,
For a 6 day MYW ticket you get 5 separate "fun" visits,
For a 7, 8, 9, or 10 day MYW ticket you get 6 separate "fun" visits.
all for the same $50 per ticket.
When do you plan to play? Just for this vacation or for a future vacation too?
Normally, any un-used days and entitlements on your MYW ticket expires 14 days from the ticket's first use. You can protect these days and entitlements for future use anytime in your lifetime by adding the
No Expiration Option to your MYW ticket. The cost for this option will vary based on the number of days on your MYW ticket, costing only $10 for a 2 day MYW ticket, or up to $135 on a 10 day ticket. This option can be added anytime within the 14 days of first use of your ticket but the price is based on the original number of days on the ticket, not on what is left.
Other things to remember...
There is an Advance Savings discount when you add either the
Park Hopper Option OR the
Water Park Fun and More Option if you purchase your Magic Your Way with 4 or more days and purchase it before you arrive in Florida. If you add both these options and purchase in advance you save an additional $10 per ticket. This advance savings is availiable by phone, (407-W-DISNEY) internet, (
www.disneyworld.com) or at select Disney Store locations outside of Florida, select AAA Offices outside of Florida (membership required) or through select travel agents.
All Magic Your Way Base Tickets and their options are non-refundable and non-transferable (all days and entitlements must be used by the same person.)
Any unused days or entitlements expire 14 days from the time of the ticket's first use unless the
No Expiration Option is added.
Hope this helps! :sohappy:
