Wait...what?

Huh?

There's a way to be a D23 member NOT in good standing? Is there some sort of code of conduct? Bylaws and regulations to uphold? Who demotes you? Some sort of tribunal? How does one acknowledge a "blacklisted" member? Is there a pin for that? A sacred seal? A branding? What's going on here?
