Ticket Upgrade Question

We have a short business trip coming up, which will allow my husband and I a day in Disney. We have 1 Adult pass left and a 1 Child pass (no expiration, hopper). Can the Child pass be upgraded to and Adult pass? If so, does anyone know the price? I assume if this can be done we would need to go to Guest Relations. Thanks in advance for your help with this!:)

A child ticket with no expire can be used for entry by the child it was purchased for even if they are no longer a child [no extra cost involved]. WDW tickets are non-transferable, so you can't use your child's ticket from a previous trip for yourself.

With the qualification that the ticket must have been used by the child. If it's an unused child's ticket that you're trying to modify to an adult ticket, then you'd have to pay the difference between the unused ticket you have and the price of an adult ticket with the same entitlements.
